10/10 From the moment we arrived we were pleased with the hotel's position (away from the madding crowd) and the welcome we received. The hotel was clean and the facilities such as coffee/tea refreshments in the room were more than adequate. Having a TV in the room was an added bonus. It is one of those hotels you just love to relax in and don't fear asking for help or guidance from the owners. The breakfast was of a high standard and the choice was more than we could have asked for. I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple without any hesitation. The hotel had an excellent position for its peace and tranquillity - convenient for the local tram stop, walks along the promenade and ideal parking. The owners were pleasant to speak to and the food of excellent standard. Above all, the hotel has an imposing position, is immaculate which lends itself to a very pleasant stay.

I have no negative comments to make about the hotel - I am just delighted that it had the room available when I booked.
